They have them on Hollister's website. You have to look at different fits for more selection.

+1 to H&M. Some pants come in a 27x32 and they tend to run small.

I just got a pair of Arizona Khaki's from JC Penny's (ordered online) in size 16 slim. They fit my 26X30 boy perfectly. OP, you should try the 18 slim in the Arizona pants and they make jeans too! I had no luck at Old Navy once he outgrew the 14 slims (no 16 slims seem to be available).
