(I'm 45 and 5'7") I don't *think* I've changed my routine significantly. In the past, I've dropped weight when I've been stressed, but I'm not feeling that now. I'm not complaining about the weight loss, but I am a little puzzled by it. Any thoughts?

What is your typical weight range over the last 10 years? I'm the same height as you and have been between 134 and 150 over the last decade. My weight varies due to diet and activity level. I once lost 7 lbs in a month due to anxiety. I didn't even realize I wasn't eating much because I was preoccupied.
