If OP really wants to know this, they should simply call all the PTO/PTAs etc and ask. Time consuming but more accurate.

Well I thought so. And don't really care much because it's public information. As is this information - it is actually public info, just not easily collected in one place.

Google docs has been the target of phishing attacks in recent years. It’s a legit concern.

NP - serious question. I have not heard of this and am not sure what the concern is. What can be collected if I fill out a google doc? What do I watch out for? Why is this dangerous? Thanks for enlightening me

Yes, I worked in government oversight. But not anymore. I do have an interest in this issue.

If you don't want to leave info on google doc, just put it here and I can populate the chart.
