| It’s nice looking but more of an updated Discovery. Cannot hold a candle to the older Defenders. I think a lot of enthusiasts (myself included) were hoping for a US version of what they sold overseas until 2016. |

Looks like a Honda Element with a roof rack and bigger tires.
Yuck. |
| It is not remotely close to a G wagon |
| No manual. No soft top. No removable doors. No thanks. |
| Soft top is coming on the 90 |
Neither will the next-generation G Wagon be, either. It'll be soft and less capable, to better suit it's softer and less capable buyers. |
|
Butt ugly.
I thought that they were known for being sturdy and useful but understated. This looks like a teenager bedazzled it. |
Ha ha ha ha!!! |
+1 Hilarious |
Can you let me in on the joke? Is Aspen not a rich place? Is this car not up to par for a rich place? Curious. As for the car, I’d like to see it in person. |
Well, it might be popular with the help. |
| Seems to be short a pedal. |
| Has anyone bought one? Any thoughts? DH had a Defender 90 in college back in the early nineties and I know he loved it so much. I was thinking buying him a new Defender for his Christmas present this year would be a nice gift. |
| I was driving behind one today. The back is unusually assymmetrical where the license plate goes. But it looks nice, Id take one. |
This is like an LR2, Discovery Sport, Evoque... (or any other entry-level luxury car). Technically a LR, but only appealing to aspirational buyers or young drivers with wealthy parents. |
