Common denominator to staying hot

Being fit is hot at any age.
Being overweight is NOT hot at any age.

I wouldn’t say I’m hot, but I’m 44 and attractive. People usually guess I’m 10 years younger. I think it’s becuase I’ve never drank, smoked or done drugs. I’m also Swedish and genetically my family just ages well/looks younger. I’m also not super thin so my face isn’t drawn. I think women get too thin and their face ages them. It’s okay to be a size 6.

I thought Scandinavians don’t age well

Everyone in my family looks pretty/good young for their age. My relatives back home in Sweden don’t have that harsh look a lot of blondes get with age. We also don’t go grey which is weird. My hair is still blonde like it was when I was younger. Maybe I’ll go white like my Mom did when she was 67. I think it’s also sun protection and healthy diet/exercise. I think older women who are too skinny look very old. You kind of need a little fat in your face as you get older.

I am a face person.

Sure, anyone of us can work out at the gym, eat healthy + not smoke or sunbathe....
But if your facial features are not attractive & in proportion then you do not have the true birthmark of authentic beauty.

And cosmetic surgery is cheating!

But thin, older women do in fact look old.

A little fat around the cheekbones can look youthful.

I would prefer to be a fifty yr old who is 20lbs. heavier than one who is 20 lbs. lighter.

LOL

This thread is a perfect example of how people overestimate themselves.

A lot of embellishment going on here..

Agreed. I would love to see these people in person.

Why is it cheating? You didn't choose your parents.

Best way to be hot is not pay the electric bill.

So far, 63 for me.
Male.

Not as well as you think it does.

Perhaps. My 8 figure net worth probably helps some too.

So you purchase sexual attention. A john with an 8 figure net worth is still a john.

At least she earned it, unlike the genetic lottery winner.

Wrinkly AND a douche? You probably have to pay extra to get someone to F you.

stay fit. Learn how to dress well in such a way that flatters your body and is also age appropriate. you can be stylish in middle age ladies without looking like you are trying too hard!! I can't get over how people just seem to give up on easy stuff. Have a good and well maintained haircut, lipstick is always a nice pick me up, NO mom genes, cute flats instead of birkenstocks. Go to the gym. I will never have the body I had 20 years ago but I do HIIT and yoga at least 3 or 4 times a week at age 46 and I have nice muscle tone and shape. botox three times a year too, but you should start that in early 30s to prevent wrinkles. be confident.

Still enjoy when the bottom of your feet point to the ceiling!

Common denominator is good genes. Most people aren’t going to stay hot for decades, but high is normal.

Common denominator to staying hot is a commitment to stay hot, nothing else.

Just like a common denominator for getting married is a commitment to getting married.
