How much do I pay a 16 year old to babysit 4 yr old during day?

We pay about this too. $30 for 3.45pm-6.20pm, so maybe slightly more.
They are not paying taxes and are getting cas, no uniforms to wear etc. One kid...its an easy gig for a teen.

In DC, we pay $15 for teenagers and $20 for adults. A 4-year old is real work. I could perhaps understand a bit lower for older kids - e.g. a teen watching a 10 year old, where the child would likely entertain him/herself.
