Hopefully Inverting the Pyramid. Not everyone can play at a higher level, but that doesn’t mean they couldn’t become a coach and help shape the next generation. The Philosophy of Football: In Shadows of Marcelo Bielsa is also an amazing read that could change the way they see and interpret the game.

+1 Also Abby Wambach's autobiography. Also, not a book, but there's a movie called Alex and Me with Alex Morgan for those superfans out there!
