No, cis is the opposite of trans like gay is the opposite of straight.

Reading comprehension, people. They refer to different things. You can be cis and heterosexual or cis and homosexual or cis and bisexual. Cis doesn't say anything about who you like to have sex with. It just means that you're at home in the biological sex you were born in. Your birth sex matches your gender identity, as opposed to a transgender person, for example.

There are plenty of binary non-straight people. I’m straight and binary. My daughter is a lesbian and binary. Her best friend is trans and binary.
