Crazy discomfort from waistband

I have some sensory stuff and fitted waistbands hurt my lower back by the end of the day and also make me feel like there’s weird pressure on my kidneys.

Same here: no to high waist especially but most non-elastic waistbands; anything on my neck (even crew neck t-shirts bother me); regular bras (the older I get the more I choose bralettes); and even shoes (I would basically prefer slip-ons). I don't know if I have gotten worse or more indulgent with my sensory sensitivities as I age. Oh well-I figure everyone has their hangups. These are pretty easy to control!

I need cotton casual, AND sweatpants; lightweight with NO elastic ONLY drawstring. Does anyone know how to find
those???
