I heard it was an internal memo from their lawyers sent to all coaches and team managers. Although it went to coaches and managers not even with the club anymore because they used an outdated distribution list so I’m not sure if you could call it internal. Pretty clumsy mistake along with the silly content. I heard from a coach that ABGV demand Bo/Carlos never communicate with any current or former player, coach, parent or manager who could potentially be deemed AGBC property. I literally laughed out loud picturing Bo/Carlos unable to talk to Bill Hamid because he played for them for roughly 10 seconds when he was a little kid and they now claim him as their own. Like, their mighty mites program turned him in to an elite goalie.
Nothing to see here. Just more endless silly frivolous lawsuits which I also heard will be what they spend their entire summer doing while other clubs actually work toward building successful programs. |
