What is your 10 yr old's bedtime and wake up time?

8pm-9:00 to 6am-7:00. Our evenings and morning vary depending on practices and my work. He prefers the earlier bedtime but it isn’t always possible if he’s out. I haven’t given him a bedtime in years. He goes to sleep if he’s tired. He stays up to 10 or 11 on the weekends and sleeps a little later.

We try to get him in bed at 830, don't think he falls asleep until 915. Wakes at 640 to an alarm and is dog ass tired and pissed off.

We aim for 8:30pm, she usually gets up on her own at 6:30am, give or take. Letting her stay up later does NOT mean she will sleep in. So even though it’s light outside as she is getting ready for bed now, we still make it happen.

She needs a lot of sleep and luckily school starts at 9.

Next year starts at 8:20. We’re already planning how to adjust.

Me again. I wish she went to bed earlier so DH and I had some alone time in the evenings.

NP. I thought I wrote this! 100% same.

That's pretty much DD's schedule, also. Will also have to adjust, like having her go to bed at 9.

Nights without practices. I aim for 8:30pm. Prob asleep by 8:45-9pm. He wakes anywhere between 7:30-8am.

Nights with practices - closer to 9:15-9:30pm up around same time.

Middle school start yikes are going to be brutal for him next year.
