Sigh. Ok. No one who manipulates their hair as much as Ciara does has that much hair. Also, hair like that is impossible to hide. We would have known 20 years ago that Ciara's hair looked like that.

No, you're right. I should have prefaced by saying that the average Black woman does not have hair this long, including Ciara. I just wanted to clarify for those reading the thread that it is possible for Black woman to grow that much hair.
