Bethesda country day school-Looking for feedback PLEASE!

Something is going badly wrong with this school. Our kid has been there over a year, and we loved the place last year. But at least nine teachers have quit in the last few months, including almost all of the best ones. One of our child's teachers quit last week and it was as if she'd been vaporized. One day she was there; the next she was gone. No-one even sent us a message to announce her departure.

I used to work at Bethesda Country Day School, and the principal during 2005-2006 was extremely disrespectful to her staff. Her main goal was to make money for Noble Learning Inc. The school secretary known as lilly was friendly to the staff and tried to keep everyone happy. The staff constantly complained about lack of resources to use to help the children or the overall treatment from the principal, who I beleieve is still there "Judy." While I was there I tired to make a difference with the staff, parents, and the children. Although I have moved away, I still keep in touch with friends who live in the community or near the school. I have heard they received a cosmetic make over and in addition money in order to fix up the building it is housed in, and to keep up appearances for the sake of future parents, a.k.a. money. The staff is great and I wish them nothing but luck. I am glad there are some parents who like the school and are pleased with it. Everyone is entiled to their opinion. Children should always come first.

The staff has had a change in the past year and today I know my child is happy to leave me in the mornings. I can see that my child's happiness is so important and it makes me feel good to know she is in good hands. I believe the staff is fabulous in 2013. I know that the principal has been there for almost one year now. My child and I are very happy with the Bethesda Country Day School.
