High TSH- has anyone been able to conceive naturally?

I would go that route because you will want to be monitored in pregnancy.

Yes. TSH was 5.6 at my last check. I was on an aggressive plan to bring it down and ended up getting pregnant. My last check was 3.3 and my endo increased my prescription again. GL!

My TSH is about 4 and I’ve gotten pregnant twice at 38. But miscarried both times so now I’m doing IVF.
