I agree that carb cycling will help.

I hit plateau for about a week after losing 18lb. Continued IF and lost another 3lb now in two weeks by removing majority of salt and sugar from the diet.

A few never means 2.

Try changing what you are eating for a week. Eat more vegetables.

it can..

"What is the exact meaning of the phrase "a few"? It seems like an easy question, and (like many people), your answer is probably "three or more". Yet, from an LSAT perspective, is that definition correct? Actually, no.

While many people would agree that "a few" means three or more, the actual dictionary definition of "a few" is, "not many but more than one." So, "a few" cannot be one, but it can be as low as two."

So you said "working in exercise." How often are you exercising?

If you're really keeping to 1200 calories/day, the jumpstart you need is almost certainly exercise. High intensity cardio--even just 3 times a week or so--should help you a lot.

Good luck!

This won't be the first time the dictionary didn't accurately reflect reality. Although I do like to carry my LSAT handbook around and consult it just for instances like this, not everybody will be so diligent.
