I don't know. Under the circumstances, I think it made sense she waited. Did he offer any sort of explanation? Did he really not text to let you know he was delayed?

Absent some very good and unusual circumstances, that would strike me as a big red flag on a first date.

He said he got stuck at a family thing his brother was in from out of town or something like that. Don't know if it's true or not.
