| I think it depends on how much TV you normally watch. We cut about 5/6 years ago and don’t regret it. We have iTunes, Netflix, and Prime, plus YouTube and whatever we skulk from news apps, etc; this seems to be more than enough TV for us. |

We just went to the exact same set up as you describe, OP, about one month ago, and couldn't be happier with it. Only complaints are the ads on certain shows that you have to sit through (I think it's mostly CBS) but other than that everything has been great. It was a great day when we took all our equipment back to Verizon.
One tip for HBO - if you have AT&T for your cell phone check your plan and see if you already have unlimited wireless or get upgraded (which may in fact give you better pricing). HBO Go is included in the plan. |
