How to amicably turn down a relationship but leave it on good terms

I would choose not to be friends with someone who can’t hear me when I say no. I definitely wouldn’t date them. His mansplaining why you’re wrong not to date him is a red flag for him as a person regardless of what kind of relationship you’re in with him. Be wary of this guy.
