Will my car start easier in the morning if I run the engine for a few minutes tonight?

Before you start calling people names, maybe realize that this isn't really an issue with fuel injected engines. How old was the car you apparently flooded?

If it was merely flooded it would have started by the time tow truck arrived.

Per the article, while it's not common with fuel injected engines, it can happen if it's particularly cold, like it was the night OP posted.
