Social emotional goals like PP listed above: like Adaptive/Dailing Living Skills. Eg., help with peer relations, conversation skills, turn-taking, whole-body listening, acceptance of feedback, etc.

Friend of a friend has an older child who's meltdowns turned into hurting or threatened other children. If the school didnt have him down for emotional disability, he would have been expelled.
