| I’m not sure whether you have a legal risk from this? |

Car salesmen are typically the most shadiest people on the planet.
Most especially if you are a Female. That is next to Personal Injury Attorneys. I do not fault you one bit for posting a lower star review. And if he gets in trouble w/his boss than perhaps he needs to step up his game at work. His bad..... Not yours. |
+1 If his email actually didn't work, he would not have gotten in trouble. They basically ignored you after the sale. That deserves a reduction in the rating you gave them before. Customer service is a part of what future buyers rely on. If you keep the higher review, you would be basically complicit in providing future buyers with a false sense of how goof the dealers is. Good for you for changing the ratings. |
DP. Have you dealt with car sales people? You have to get everything in writing or it didn't happen. |
If she was truthful there is no risk. |
The his is why I drive my car for as long as possible so I don't have to deal with them more than necessary. I have zero sympathy for any of them. |
| Why did you wait a month for an email, as opposed to giving him a call after a couple of days? |
|
Yes, sad but true.
Once you get the keys & drive off their lots - Car salesman usually hope to never hear from you or see again. They earned their “points” = commission at that point and don’t want to be bothered w/add’l “duties” since they will not be making any more money off you. Car salesman are scumbags. Period. Perhaps it is the ideal thing to post on s resume if you are looking to sell cars. |
