What does “try-hard” mean? I get that you’re implying it’s a pejorative, but what specifically does it mean? Can you provide a contextual example?
I had a couple Wranglers growing up. I loved them, they were so much fun. Totally impractical for us now though. But as soon as our kids are grown, we’ll be getting another one. Some of the best moments and memories of my younger-adult life are associated closely with Jeep Wranglers. Nothing but fondness for them. Simple, reliable, uncomplicated vehicles. I don’t get the hate.
