Pp here - also rock spring Congregational church of Christ on little falls is known for being very social justice oriented and family oriented. A neighbor of mine is very happy there.

St Paul’s Episcopal Church in Alexandria, although I imagine there are similar Episcopalian churches closer to McLean. Checks all the other boxes.
