Virginia ODP - What are we in for?

Nobody said ODP was necessary. It was said ODP was useful at U13/U14 IF you can swing it. If it is to much of a hassle it isn't a FOMO to stress about. If you can swing the logistics and the fiscal part it can offer some useful intangibles byt you don't need to go out of your way to do it.

Actually, there are quite a few ECNL players listed there. It’s searchable by club on the ECNL site for those who are interested. I can imagine there were some good jugglers and fast players there just by looking at the list.
