| I've found that the last couple pounds are the hardest. I'm 5'1 and trying to get down to 117. I started at 123 and, while it seems like it should be easy, it is so hard! I eat around 1200 calories per day and do HIIT four days a week and run/weights on 2 more. I blame it on being 42. That said, I think you can do it! Good luck! |

Hey folks, OP here.
One week in and I feel good! I'm not stepping on the scale, but my body FEELS better. At 5'2" so a pound or two is a big deal. I think my little belly is somewhat smaller at this point! Is this possible? I put on my favorite -- and freshly washed -- jeans and they were not quite as snug. Still got a little muffin top, which I do NOT want, but I was happy to be able to not feel so constricted in the jeans. Weekends are hard, being home around food all day. At work I can easily say no to snacks and food. At home ... it is all right there. Anyway, it is now Monday, another week, here here we come! |
