Any hope for DOR?

Sorry OP. Me, too. At 41 my #s were similar, but AMH was 1. I got pregnant easily at 39, gave birth just before turning 40. I did lots of IVF rounds, but no luck, so I did DE at 43 and will give birth at 44. There is no satisfying explanation. A friend who has true DOR got pregnant naturally after being told her hormone levels weren't good enough to do any type of ART that used stims. She was 38. I think it's mostly age, but even then it works for some and not others.

OP here. I'm sorry to hear, it's so difficult especially when secondary infertility comes out of nowhere (as it did for me as well). I never would have imagined that I'd have difficulties getting pregnant a second time. Even my OB/GYN predicted I'd be pregnant soon after we started TTC #2 given my history the first time around. Even some of the REs I saw said I'd be pregnant within the year naturally. All of them were wrong.

I have also explored the "immune issues" issue because my child is a boy. I did the entire blood testing process and was found to have elevated NK cells but the significance of this is unclear.

I feel so alone because I literally do not know a single other person who is going through secondary infertility. All of my friends have 2-4 kids and I feel very alone.

There's a big secondary infertility group on FB if you are on FB. Lots of people to help you feel not alone!
