Can someone tell me more about the MCPS Foundation?

And remember the very very recent embezzlement scandal in MCCPTA?
If an entity wants my money for a charitable purpose they need to be absolutely transparent about their finances. The Ed Foundation 990 doesn’t tell me much of anything (except for the high salary of the director).
