Geometry, Biology, US History.

For MATH here is a list of MCPS teachers who will tutor -

https://www.montgomeryschoolsmd.org/uploadedFiles/schools/rmhs/departments/math/2018-2019%20Adult%20Tutor%20List(1).xlsx

This list is updated each year at the Richard Montgomery HS website. Search under "ACADEMICS" > "MATH" and then look at the right side navigation bar.

Why is US History hard? I feel your child may need help with time management and other study skills.

Are there similar lists for MCPS teachers who will tutor Spanish?

Tutor here, I teach world languages including French and Spanish. I underwent advancement placement (AP) exams for both languages in MCPS for high school. At what level ifs your child learning Spanish? Please call or shoot me an email.

My MS student needed tutoring in French. I emailed world language teachers in MS and HS relatively near our house, asking if they would like to tutor our child in my house. Three teachers responded and one was a good match. MCPS teachers are better because they know how the course progresses and they can get students up to speed very quickly. BTW, harder to get MS teachers to tutor for some strange reason. HS language teachers seem to have more time to tutor.
