| I make a tatziki dip with fat free plain greek yogurt, fresh dill, fresh garlic, cucumbers, a tsp of olive oil and a splash of lemon juice. I eat it with raw veggies (carrots, celery, cukes, peppers, etc) and get protein from the yogurt and my veggies in. |
