Random Acts of Kindness

That act was for the benefit of your friend, not for others

If I hear a coworker griping about a tough time/weekend etc I’ll grab them a coffee on my lunch hour or buy a single flower and leave on their desk to cheer them up.
I’ll buy lottery scratchers and stick them on a car window with a note that I hope they win big.
I try to put good energy out into the world. I like to think it will come back to me when I need it some day.

LOVE this.

Me too! I'm totally going to do this!

Why? Because it made her feel good? I don't like people who do random acts of kindness and then crow about it (not counting this thread because we're anonymous!), but feeling good because you did something nice for other people is fine.

What have you done recently as an act of kindness?
Or been on the receiving end?

No actually did a tesla merge when was sure would be resisting election results by not letting them but it did happen so that's the random act of kindness.

And I complimented a boy (he looked around middle school age) with a broken arm for giving up his seat for an old person. There were all these kids sitting and he was the only one who stood up.

Very passive-aggressive.
