potty training/almost 3 year old boy

PP: Yes, I was thinking that too, how many boys are 2 1/2 and potty trained. Seems like girls have the advantage there.

My son's preschool requires kids to be potty trained and the teacher/aide aren't allowed to change diapers, evidently due to licensing issues. I thought that was odd, but figured the working parent could help out if there's an issue. But I was told that no, noone is allowed to change a diaper in the school or they can lose their license. That seems odd to me, because kids have accidents! Not quite sure how to handle this, as ds is not entirely potty trained yet.
