Shorts with tights?

Model's hair-Yes!!If I was 15 & slim, I would not think twice! But, I am not slim or 15 anymore, so there is no way!

I think it looks tacky no matter what your age. And if you're older than college age, you'll just look like you're desperately trying to look younger.

When I studied in Italy in the early 90s I saw Italian women doing this all the time. They wouldn't be caught dead with bare legs, at any time of the year, so this is how they wore shorts. I wonder if things have changed...

I think its a really fun and cute look for 20s and under, or even a totally hip, model-thin young 30 yr old who loves in NYC, Milan, or Paris, but anyone older than that looks like an a$$ in shorts and tights. Also, to look truly modern, the shorts should be very short, rolled or cuffed and teeh tights totally opaque and matte, but solid or patterened doesnt matter...
