I read all great answers. I will say that you pay per family, but the number of children you have is built into how much you pay. I pay more with three children than someone in my chapter with one child would pay. Nevertheless, the exposure and opportunities that they are able to partake in are phenomenal. If you find someone to sponsor you, take advantage of the opportunity.

It’s not a country club. It is a prominent , exclusive organization for black moms. It is not for you if you are short on finances and / or time. You can only join your local chapter and fees vary.

Why would there be an exclusive social club for black people only? The equitable thing would be to be open for all people as they would want other clubs like girls scouts to do.
