Little things he does without being asked. Brings me coffee in bed most mornings. Fills my water bottle before I leave for work every single day. Takes care of our home and child and would never say he is "babysitting".

He let's me be as independent as I want, but I'm really quite dependent on him in many ways, and I suspect he knows that.

I have a stressful job that can be emotionally taxing. We were out with friends once and DH was saying that no matter what, he always makes sure to listen to me if i need to talk about work. It was something i hadn't really noticed before, so i started paying attention. He doesn't just listen but he LISTENS. He knows by my tone and what I'm saying if i need a hug, or advice, or just someone to agree with me. I don't have to ask him.

And like a pp said, he just makes my life easier in both big and small ways.

He makes me feel beautiful and wanted and loved.
