Where? Town Nowhere in Nebraska? Pop of 2?

You seem ignorant about the concept of a community bank. There are plenty around here.

I recently moved to Tampa Bay area, and had to go IN PERSON to open new accounts.

Have you tried a credit union? They are very personal. I had to get a bank account also (to apply for our mortgage) so chose a community one. If a bank told me to go online to do things I wanted to do in person, they'd lose me. I have had no problem doing everything in person locally.

I needed to get cash out since my debit card was blocked and wouldn't work in atms. They gave me cash but I had to call to get a new debit card. I wasn't able to do that online either.

Did you check your banking app for ordering a new card? I’ve been impressed with Capital One app
