I recall hearing that orgasms are good after IUIs - helps move things along. And what can I say - it worked for me

I listened to doctors recommendation about alcohol and caffiene after my IUIs and IVFs (all failed, BTW) but I did whatever I wanted when TTC naturally.

I have a pretty serious espresso habit. I am also doing an FET and wonder about cutting it out? I have no problem cutting out alcohol but coffee is harder for me. For example, when I go to my morning monitoring appts I get espresso afterwards (instead of making it at home before I leave the house) kind of as a treat and something to look forward to. But man I am fuzzy headed until i get my coffee.

thanks

I don't have / never attempted to fine any studies, it was more just a personal sense of knowing coffee is acidic and inflammatory and feeling like cutting it out might create a more hospitable environment to foster implantation. But I can't pretend to back this up scientifically (although I do believe fertility acupuncturists and the like will give similar advice)

I continued drinking coffee through the entire IVF process and pregnancy. Success in my first fresh cycle and also subsequent FETs.

I did take it easy during the first few days in the two week wait.
