Op here-great idea about the squatty potty. We’ve been using a foot stool but I just ordered that just in case it’s better than the foot stool.
I am actually trying to find a psychiatrist to consult. I am hoping to get in to see Dr. Gordon as he’s been recommended by several folks this week. Thank you too for the suggestion of Dr. Sirlin-he sounds great. I am sorry PP your son was having some GI struggles but very glad he helped you. He doesn’t take insurance so if anyone is still reading this thread and has one to suggest who takes insurance that would be great. My dev ped just recommended Louis Jacques for GI so I am going to try him. The good news is we had a little success with our ABA plan in place yesterday and his anxiety was way lower so I am hopeful we are on a good trajectory. |
