If he took DC to the urgent care, then he is the one who signed the agreement to pay whatever insurance wouldn't cover. That's the reason why he was getting all the bills. They're only coming after you now b/c he didn't pay. They'll try to get their money from anyone.

I'd call the urgent care and ask WHO would be sent to collections if the bill isn't paid. If it's your ex, tell him you'll split the cost with him and if he doesn't, it's his problem. If it's you, pay the bill and keep receipts. Next time you're in court for a CS modification, have it added to your CS order that he has to take him to an in network doctor or else he's responsible for the bills.
