Asked preschool for another copy of the family questionnaire

Really, really weird.

They provided items that fit their record keeping. My guess is they don’t need them immediately so replacing them for you now will just create more work for them. If they know they need to make some for orientation they can just do all of the outstanding ones at the same time.

I work in a school. It’s aggravating to constantly keep lists of outstanding paperwork and have to re-do and re-send forms for people who lose them or just don’t do them. I know folks think much paperwork is silly or useless, but there are reasons I need each of these things and I can only do my job if people cooperate.

How hard is it to send a paper? Op said it was even on their website. A family questionnaire would definitely be required before school starts and it's usually very long.
