Does anyone else hate co-oping?

I also hate co-oping. I am room mother for my older kids and thought co-oping would be great. It sucks as does the school I am finding out. The teacher has never taught the age she is assigned to and is having issues with the class. None of the kids listen. They all run away when we go outside. It is so draining and so unorganized. So many safety issues as well. We are looking into something else, more structured and professional.
