Airbnb or some other vendor for apts in London and Paris?

Was this Richard? His Airbnb reviews are incredible -- seriously, it's like a cult. And he's one of several god and goddess-like Parisian Airbnb hosts adored by masses of renters.

No, his name was Emmanuel and he was terrific. But I'll have to look up Richard next time I'm in Paris!
