| Unless the coach can give you an estimate of her chances, the best you can do is make your plans and hope she doesn't get called that weekend. If she does, you can consider declining the meet, cancelling the trip, or leaving right after the A meet (they are usually done by 11ish). |

| soooo... your child seems to really love swimming. i would just take a breath and deal. Sure it's annoying but when she swims in an A meet she sounds like she loves it. A meets are a big deqal - many swimmers on teams never make an A meet. Its a short season. |
| Off topic, but your kid sounds dedicated to swimming. Consider having her try out for a year round swim club. |
