Team communication—apps, etc

I prefer TeamSnap. Our current team uses PlayMetrics but I liked the simplicity of team snap.

So you decided to reply to a thread from 2018 and asked why people are using outdated apps? Are you a random advertiser? Idiotic. TeamSnap is still perfectly fine in 2025 (although the ads are getting incredibly annoying - by design I'm sure).

I prefer team snap, I don't know if it is how PlayMetrics is being implemented but I preferred being able to see how many have rsvp'ed to an event which was available in team snap.

Playmetrics shows you who's going or not to a game/practice

Our coach and team manager can see, but not as just a parent.

Team Snap. Both of my kids play multiple competitive sports, and all of their teams use Team Snap.

Playmetrics has some better features but Team Snap still has a far better and more intuitive user interface.

For instance, to simply open and delete a new email in Playmetrics, it takes something like 7 steps from opening the app.

TeamSnap. I have only tried one other ( demosphere). The TeamSnap app was free and 3 different teams use it. I love how everything is on one app. I just switch the team name at the top.

DP but FWIW, this apparently depends on club/team settings, because I'm just a parent and it's visible to me.
