Ofcourse you are "allowed to", but someone may not want to. Better quality swim suits often have a thick enough fabric they don't show.

FWIW - I don't think that model is actually all that flat anyways. The same model is in the 'backstroke' suit, and that shot is showing a bit of cleavage. I think that it's just the compression aspect of the first suit.

I have the suit. Honestly, so does everyone else at my pool (just a heads up). I don’t have nipple issues with it. Fabric is quite thick.
