B/C you do not want to deal with all of the DCPS issues. If I had the means, I would not put my kids in a school that best aligned with their learning needs. I would not put them in an environment where they needed to deal with iready or PARCC or other standardized testing. |

Over the years, I have known two families that started at Oyster, moved to WIS, then returned to Oyster. I’m not sure how much they earn, but money didn’t appear to be the struggle. However, one of the parents told me that the quality between the two schools didn’t justify the difference in cost (and he thought WIS was fine, just not amazing enough to spend $40k/year). |
