Stay in positano, rent a car service to drive you around. Take a private boat to Capri, stop to swim in the sparkly water.. Have lemon gelato. Profit. you’ll have awesome fun.

Disagree with many posters - do not skip Naples. Yes its gritty but still has so much authenticity! We only spent a couple days there and I wish we had one more day to explore. Great pizza and pastries.

Check out the town of Praiano in Amalfi Coast. I can't remember the name of the restaurant but there is one where there is literally no menu. The owner is also the chef and the waiter. You tell him if you want red or white wine, meat or fish and he whips something up for you. Flat price for 3 courses and a glass of wine. You can probably find it on TripAdvisor.
