How do you handle it when your partner isn’t supportive of your diet?

I would ignore your husband. People love to give diet advice who have not lived through weight loss. You have to do what works for you.

I weigh/measure my food too. It holds me accountable with my calorie counting. It is SO easy to go overboard on things like dressings, peanut butter etc. Estimating is not easy.

My kids are too little to notice, so don't have any advice there.
