| We bought our Forrester at Sheehy in Springfield. Nowadays you are prepared with cost figures and so the price was pretty much settled in our brains before we arrived on the lot. We chose that dealer because it had the color/option package we wanted. The car is serviced at Farrish, which is closer to us, and the experience has been smooth and pleasant thus far. |

| We bought at Farrish, DH did all the negotiating online. We just walked in at a scheduled time to do all the paperwork and drive home with the car. Super easy. |
Same, I was overall happy with the dealer (and we get service there too) but it took hours and hours and I don't know why. We had our baby with us, not realizing it would take so long. |
