This is very helpful. The only thing I would add is to cut the breads, pastas, etc. They are a treat in limited quantities. -51 year old trying to work through a plateau on the last 10 lbs. |
Agree with most of these tips. I am post menopausal and to lose weight need to keep portion sizes small, cut carbs and sugar, and no eating after dinner. To maintain weight, I basically need to do the same which is very depressing but it is what it is. |
