When are/were teacher contracts due for FCPS?

Look for a wave of vacancies to be made public on the site by the last week of June through the first week of July. Try to be in town during that time for interviews.

Make sure you are up-to-date with the school system's online registry but recognize that some principals don't use it as their first resource and instead go with what they get directly. This means that you are better off also sending your resume directly to principals. If you are subbing, take your resume every day and give it to the AP or principal of that school.
